British Yorkshire Pudding Day

Tomorrow is British Yorkshire Pudding day, that stalwart accompaniment to many a Sunday roast. I recall being delivered of a large, plate-size Yorkshire pudding in Whitby, served as a starter and swimming in mint sauce.
