Bude Weather Report
By dawnrw | Thursday, January 05, 2012, 09:16
Not much change on the weather front for Cornwall. Very windy overnight with some decent gusts, but it is mainly northern Britain getting the worst of it. The BBC reports trees down in various places between Launceston and Callington, and many minor roads are wet and muddy. There are no severe weather warnings in force here today, though, although the Upper River Tamar area is still on amber alert (has been since 2nd January) for flooding caused by heavy rainfall, surface water and drains/culverts blocked by debris. Rain and winds should ease later......here's hoping.
