Budehaven Students to Be Bude Carnival Ambassadors

It seems that Bude Carnival has had a makeover, with a break from the traditional 'carnival queen'. Instead, the modern version will include two year 11 ambassadors. The young people, from Budehaven School, are Gabrielle Woolner and Liam Johnson, who are both deeply involved in the local community through sport (Liam) and dance/drama (Gabrielle).
They will be introduced at 2.05 Carnival Day at the Bandstand, on the Castle Grounds. Great to see modernisation.
