Burglary at diner

POLICE at Bude are appealing for witnesses, or anybody with information, about a burglary at the Atlantic Diner at Belle Vue.
Entry was gained overnight sometime last Wednesday and Thursday to the rear of Atlantic Diner, where money was taken including some charity collection boxes.
These charity boxes were found the following day in Bencoolen Play Area, Bude.
If anyone has seen anybody acting suspiciously in either area, or has any information regarding the burglary, they are asked to contact PCSO Lisa Ward on 101, quoting crime reference number BU/12/776.
