Our Valentine's special menu will be available from 14-16 February. Please call the hotel on 01288 352386 to book your table. You can find us on the coastal road between Bude and Widemouth Bay. Creamed chestnut soup
with cheese straw and toasted pinenuts.
Chicken and pheasant terrine, tea soaked
raisins, sweet chutney and warm breads.
Tempura battered red
mullet fillet, baby potato and chive salad, dressed watercress and soused
vegetables.
Baked camembert
(for 2 to share), with dressed leaves, grilled breads and a spicy tomato and
caramelised onion chutney.

Local 10oz prime
rib eye steak, homemade onion rings, hand cut chips, herb butter and seasoned
fries with balsamic dressed salad.
Sautéed breast of chicken, black cabbage and pancetta roasted
potatoes with wild mushroom fondue.
Slowly braised
lamb shank, smoked garlic mash and Italian white bean cassoulet.
Lobster spaghetti
with cherry tomatoes, rocket and baby spinach bound in a rich lobster bisque.
Roasted butternut,
spinach and pinenut risotto with warm rosemary focaccia.

toffee pudding with sweet caramel sauce and clotted cream quenelle.
Vanilla panna
cotta, passion fruit syrup and hedgerow berries.
Eton Mess, a blend

soft fruits with fruit coulis and balsamic drizzle.
