The interesting, if amusing, findings of insurance companies that people with certain names are seemingly more likely to speed reminds me that such surveys also exist for car types - hence the insurance groups. It also seems that colour is inportant. Many road users experience 'stereotype car types' in thier travels. The BMW driver, the Audi driver the small hatchback car. It used to be a standing joke amogst motorcyclist that the car which is most likely to pull out of a side turning in front of them would be a Volvo.

But for those living in the West Country the worst has just got to be visitirs with weirdly loaded cars!
