Solar Powered Bude

Well, it seems, according to PV Magazine, that the photovoltaic park installed at Eastcott near Bude is now complete. It's 5.3 mw, installed by Solaer (from Spain) and is expected to generate enough energy for 3000 households. There are 21,000 modules (German). Well, I'd like to see more Cornish or even British input, but guess if we're helping the eurozone, that's a good thing!! And there does seem to be a St George's flag flying.........
