The Strand's Brasserie has responded to demand by offering some new variations on the menu.

Strand Hotel, Bude - why not try the Brasserie there for fine local food with an international flavour?
Firstly, there is the Tapas menu (£1.50 per plate) served all day, with delights such as chorizo, Manchego cheese drizzled with olive oil and calamari..........ideal for sharing and forming the basis of a sociable meal out.......
To add a Cornish flavour, there is the traditional Cornish cream tea with a freshly baked scone, homemade jam, clotted cream and a pot of freshly brewed tea for £3.50.
Of course, don't forget the pizza/pasta takeaway or eat in @ £7.95.
The Brasserie is open from 12 noon daily, serving light lunches, salads, tea/coffee and with homemade cakes, and evening meals. Sunday lunches served until 9pm. The food, as you would expect, is locally sourced and, in the case of fish, freshly caught, so why not give it a try?
