There is a collie black and white possibly with a bit of brown on front that is in the town centre at night between one and three in the morning when it is quite and he has often been seen in the belle view area. When you try and call him he shoots off further up the road checking out bins and will not come to me tried opening the car door and saying in you get but it won't he is out and about and looks a bit rough but hard to tell how rough because is always dark under street lighting he looks about a middle size collie and has been out for three or four months suspected to be lost because he raids the bins. Also been seen in bencolon road just out and about he seems very timid not sure it is a local dog if he is yours if you quietly walk about you will most likely find him he is not ill or injured as he moves well and quite quick as if he is busy.
Just thought I let you know Incase he is yours
