i would like to advsie any body who as a hp product to be fully a were that if you have problims with the such iterm and needs to be sent to hp repair center i would advsie you to the following before you send it.

take photos off every part on the iterm dont just take one i would advsie you to take at every diffrent postion.and make sure you have date and time showing on the photo.and also make sure you do this clear.

the reason for this i have a laptop witch i brought last oct 2010 and since may this you i had a fault with it some times it would turn on and some times it would not i just wanted to report this to hp and it was a waste off time to send in for repiar as it would only happen now and again.till aug 8th the problim and was sent away for repair but refused to repair as there say it had user damage and was returned back .and told me damage was user damage .but when i checked it over there was 3 screws missing from bottom case i reported this to hp and did nothing many phone calls later agreed to return to repairs refused again but damage on laptop to top case is been broken hp still will not do any thing about it because there class user damage is by me just shaking the laptop a little to make it work hp are very unhelpful i would advsie any one to rethink again about buying a hp product there never reply to emails there keep you holding on at the phone costing you money even if you make a complant it will go no further because no one will help and there dont know where to send the complant i have sent hp photos and there have even agreed theres no damage where repair center says there damage but still will not agree to repair even if your told if you can send proof there will accept a free repair once you have done this there just go back on there word and refuse to repair i have spoken many times on the phone with no joy what so ever i have treid every thing if any body can help please say .trading standerds even know but hp still say no . thanks
