The old Garages on Burn view now have a planning application, any thoughts? If you havent seen the plans you can get them on CC website using application number PA11/10131. Although a few people would like to see a cinema back there, I like the look of the development and to be honest its been such an eye sore for so many years it might help make it look a lot nicer!

It say on the application:

Demolition of former furniture depository and construction of building comprising retail, office and residential uses, together with construction of three town houses

I wondered about that but checked the site plans and its in that position.
