Exercising For Mobility - Classes For Children

Children In Need have awarded us a grant to fund two classes a week for children from the age of four up to about twelve. All children are welcome
especially those with any kind of Special Need. The classes are free but we do ask for £1 donation per family to pay for refreshments. There will be lots of fun,a variety of activities and an exercise session. To get more information come to The Parkhouse Centre on Monday 10th December between 9.30 and 10.30 or Wednesday 12th between 2pm and 3pm.
