We meet at 7.00 pm every Thursday evening to meditate and experience the most relaxed state possible.
We practice a variety of stress management techniques including relaxation and healing meditations, as well as other effective ways to deal with many common ailments.
We will continue the techniques of profound relaxation over the coming weeks and explore many relaxation and healing resources. You can experience a variety of meditation and easy relaxation techniques that can help you learn to relax, understand and reduce the symptoms of anxiety and stress, and improve your overall health by coping with stress more effectively.
Quickly relieving stress with our technique of profound relaxation is a very important activity. You can improve your health and well-being, relax your body and calm your mind. The easy relaxation techniques featured in our classes focus on ways to decrease the symptoms of stress, manage anxiety, and give you an amazing, restful sleep. The resources available at the Bude Meditation Room can also be useful for people needing help with stress management, coping skills, chronic pain, anxiety, panic attacks, phobias, insomnia, and many other physical and mental health challenges.
