Planning a Christmas party in Bude

It's that time of year again. Christmas. Time for presents, cards, family, friends and... parties.

Whether it's the annual office bash, which usually provides enough gossip to keep everyone amused until next Christmas, a get together for the local club or just a gathering of friends and family, the right venue is essential for a successful night.

If you are looking for somewhere for a meal then, as ever, in Bude you are spoilt for choice.

For a taste of fine dining Elements on Marine Drive offers top cuisine at sensible prices in a modern but very comfortable setting. And allow plenty of time to enjoy the cozy bar before your meal.  

For a lively atmosphere and stunning location, Life’s a Beach offers an excellent menu at very reasonable prices and friendly staff, all the ingredients you need to guarantee a great evening.

For something a little more exotic there are a number of Indian restaurants to choose from, but both Mirchi and Bude Tandoori have an excellent reputation locally and are located right in the centre of town.

If Chinese is more your idea of exotic, Tiandi is a good choice with it’s imaginative menu that strays beyond the usual recipes, although it also does the basics to a very high standard. Special note has to be made of their crispy duck.

If there is a particularly large group of you and/or you fancy a dance too, then you need somewhere with more space. In Bude there are a number of hotels with function rooms and the additional staff you will need to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Both the Falcon Hotel and the Camelot Hotel are centrally positioned and have a good reputation, but they may not have the dates you need so it’s well worth checking our Business Directory for some of the other local hotels.
