Hi John, thanks for the positive reaction. robbo2009 is half right about "Events". The Events subheading under Groups is the events discussion group where people can discuss events that have taken place or about to take place. You are also perfectly welcome to put up a notification about a forthcoming event BUT, and this is very important, it won't appear in our What's On database. To add an event - such as the next screening of a film at the Parkhouse Centre - you need to click on the big blue Event button at the top of the Home page, and then follow the instructions. People who are looking to find out what is going on locally need to click on the What's On button in the bar at the top of every page. Finally, the old database of events was the only casualty from the upgrade and anyone reading this needs to re-enter their event as described above. I will also be publishing a story about this shortly to ensure as many people as possible know about it.

As requested, I've had a look and a play - and a first reaction.

1. Clean tidy look - in line with the Helston sample we saw.

2. Haven't worked out the 'followers' part of People yet, but have added a bit to my Profile. And you've got some curious graphics for peole who haven't got their own image - though not sure how popular the skull will be. It might encourage more people to add a pic or an image though!

3. Can't find any Events at all - so assume (hope?) the data for the this section will follow later ...
