Why I like Bude
I have lived here since 1985 , and regard Bude as my home. I love the beauty of Bude and all of Cornwall. Visitors pay to come and visit our town , I live here and want it to remain a beautiful place to live , but am aware that the town has to progress, whilst retaining its unique attraction.
Why I don't like Bude
I get dissapointed at the apathy shown by a large proportion of the community. Cornwall prides itself on its warmth and hospitality , its unfortunate that those that live here don't always feel the same. I find it difficult to get individuals involved in community events and causes, the usual excuse is "I'm too busy" but as the advert on tv states busy doing nothing. I work , have a family , have just completed three years at University and still have time to volunteer and support my community .
