There are some amazing views from here when the weather chooses to cooperate. They do a gorgeous surf and turf, but everyone in the group I was with enjoyed their food. The portions are a good size and you can taste the freshness and quality of the ingredients. The crowd is really mixed so you don't feel out of place, whoever you are! The views make it good for a date, but the nice buzz also means that it's a laugh if a bunch of you come down. The service is laid back and friendly, and the toilets are clean. I would book if I were you though, as it can get pretty busy.

Not knowing anything about the cuisine or reputation, we came to this restaurant for the name alone and Lifes a Beach is definitely much more than its name. The food was creative, inventive and well prepared; the views from the premises were fantastic, overlooking the Atlantic whilst the crowd was a mix of the young and old which provided the perfect ambience for the evening.
