    Budehaven student Charlie Rudman has won a place at Oxford.
    Budehaven student Charlie Rudman has received an unconditional offer to read Arabic at Oxford University.  Charlie had several rigorous interviews during December before recently discovering she had won a place.     Last year's GCSE students from Budehaven have gathered together to celebrate their exam success. Around 80 former pupils and their parents attended the GCSE Evening of at the end of last term to recognise their excellent results in the summer exams.  Many of them made a special journey from Exeter and Truro to collect their GCSE certificates.
