wild wood is a good shop BUT they do not deal with returns very well. infact they are breaking the trading standard laws. if you return a faulty item they will only give a credit note and not a refund. the law states that faulty items have to be refunded via the method of payment ie cash,credit/debit card etc and not a credit note (unless you actually want a credit note). but once you accept a credit note you have no recourse. and whenever you ask to speak to the manager she is never there and cannot be reached by phone. I think that arcoiris246 is right that they dont care about repeat customers as new customers arive everyday by the car and bus load.

Great shop
We have bought loads of items from Wild Wood both for our own house and for family and friends. We live locally and can voucher for their customer service - have returned faulty items (only 1!) there before and had replacements with no questions asked.

Not so good for me...
Loved the shop itself – BUT
sadly the item I bought was defect and the shop seem to have no interest in customer service once a sale has been made.
A product with a defect seems not to interest them or to resolve the situation.
Very disappointed indeed.
Perhaps being in a holiday place they dont really care for repeat custom as new customers are in abundance??By arcoiris246 at 12:48 on 23/08/11
